Senior Behaviour Support Clinician
Kim is a senior behaviour support clinician, with over 20 years’ experience working with people living with a disability and their support networks across a range of community settings. He has experience ranging from functional assessment, writing behaviour support plans, training carers and staff, protective actions, data collection and analysis, transparent, accountable, and least-restrictive use of restrictive practices within state and Commonwealth frameworks, translating forensic orders into community accommodation supports, advocating for the rights of people who have a disability, and policy development.
